The Campaigns Library is committed to safeguarding your privacy. At all times we are commited to respecting any personal data you share with us and keeping it safe. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out our data collection and processing practices and your options regarding the ways in which your personal information is used, when you visit or register as a member at https://thecampaignslibrary.com (the "Site"). 

Personal Information We Collect

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Account Information that we collect and store to provide you with full access to and use of the Site, including the ability to upload new resources to the Site and communicate with other members. If you are a member of an organisation which has uploaded private resources, your Account Information is used to confirm your access to those resources, occasionally by cross-checking your information with the organisation's own records. Additionally, we use this Account Information to:

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how the public and our members browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the usefulness of the resources we provide).

Sharing your personal information

When you register as a Member of the Site by creating an account and providing us with your Account Information, you agree to share the contact details you have provided with other Members of the Library. 

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, if you have told us you are a member of a particular organisation, we will sometimes ask that organisation to confirm this. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe. 

Data retention

When you become an account holder through the Site, we will maintain your Account Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
