We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make an account through the Site, you give us certain information, including your name, email address, the name of your organisation and/or your mobile number. We refer to this information as “Account Information.”
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Account Information that we collect and store to provide you with full access to and use of the Site, including the ability to upload new resources to the Site and communicate with other members. If you are a member of an organisation which has uploaded private resources, your Account Information is used to confirm your access to those resources, occasionally by cross-checking your information with the organisation's own records. Additionally, we use this Account Information to:
- Communicate with you; and
- Screen our Site for potential risk or fraud.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how the public and our members browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the usefulness of the resources we provide).

When you register as a Member of the Site by creating an account and providing us with your Account Information, you agree to share the contact details you have provided with other Members of the Library.
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, if you have told us you are a member of a particular organisation, we will sometimes ask that organisation to confirm this. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
