At Purpose, we use the following set of procedures to help guide us through a project, from the set up phase, to internal and external kickoffs, mid-point check-ins, and finally to the project wrap up and close. This checklist is also helpful for determining the owner of each procedure, preventing overlap and confusion among team members.
